As a seller of digital AI software licenses, we are committed to EU consumer rights and German legislation. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding refunds.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are nevertheless unsatisfied, we are happy to help you.
2. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
Special Consideration for Digital Content
⚠️ Important Notice:
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content (software licenses) if you have expressly agreed to contract performance and simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the start of contract performance (download).
Withdrawal Before Download
As long as you have not downloaded the product, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
3. Goodwill Refunds
Even after download, we may grant a refund in special cases:
Technical Problems
- Software cannot be installed despite meeting system requirements
- Serious functional errors that prevent intended use
- Incompatibility with your system despite meeting minimum requirements
- Faulty download files or corrupted installation packages
Product Description Significantly Deviates
- Advertised features are not available
- Performance significantly deviates from product description
- Incorrect information about system requirements
Accidental Multiple Purchases
- Double purchase of the same product
- Technical errors during checkout process
- Unintended multiple charges
4. Excluded Refunds
The following reasons do not entitle to a refund:
- Dissatisfaction with the subjective performance of the AI
- Change of mind after download
- Lack of knowledge about software operation
- Insufficient hardware despite meeting minimum requirements
- Purchases older than 30 days (except in extraordinary circumstances)
- Already used or installed software without technical problems

- Decision and notification to you
- Refund (if approved) within 5-10 business days
6. Processing Times
- Right of Withdrawal: 14 days from purchase date (only before download)
- Goodwill Refund: 30 days from purchase date (in special cases)
- Support Response: Within 24 hours (business days)
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days (after approval)
7. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used for the original purchase:

In case of discrepancies between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service take precedence.
